You can use a debit card or cash with Tony's rent a car www.tonysrentacar.com or tel. 952236689. Their cars are fine, they'll meet you in the arrivals hall, sign the paperwork and you're ready to go. Not sure what the deposit is but I don't think it's huge. I have recommended them to friends who have been using the company for 5 or 6 years without any problems. If they do, they will probably put a hold on your account for a substantial amount of money, so make sure that you have enough money in your account or you may find that your card stops working mid-trip due to lack of funds. I recommend that you get a credit card instead and use that. Just pay it off as soon as the bill arrives.
