No reasons that flights would stop on christmas day. Why don’t you call the airport and ask? They’ll redirect you on the right airplane company.

Hey,
Klm-royal-dutch Airlines fly from Glasgow to Alicante on Christmas Day, but they are very expensive, £1,400. I don’t know if you’ll get it cheaper as it’s only a week away. The flight also has 1or 2 stops. I would suggest travelling another day if possible, flyglobespan fly to Alicante just not on Christmas Day.
